This villa is located in the village of Cazedarnes where a friendly Bar / Restaurant / Grocery store awaits you to buy fresh croissants, drink coffee or enjoy a delicious lunch at noon. The nature around the village invites you to practice hiking or mountain biking. The beach is relatively close, nearby are many activities to do: 10 minutes by car is the river “L’Orb” where you can go canoeing, there is also an educational farm for the youngest. A historic place to visit near the village is “Abbaye de Fontcaude”. The Sunday morning market in Saint-Chinian (10 min) with local products is very well know (also a market on Thurseday) and its atmosphere will seduce you.

Interior:

This pleasant villa has a living room with wood burning stove, air conditioning and has French doors to the veranda which opens entirely by slidingdors. The kitchen (12 m²) is fully furnished and equipped. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a drying rack and a large fridge-freezer. The villa has two bedrooms. Each room has a 140×190 bed and air conditioning. The rooms share a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The toilet is in the corridor.

Exterior:

Sitting on the terrace of the private pool (4.50 x 7.50) you can contemplate the beautiful view of the surrounding wooded landscape. Below the villa is a large Mediterranean garden that allows children to play football or other outdoor activities. Sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal to ensure optimal relaxation after a good day of stroll. You can park your car next to the villa or in the garage.
