Built in 2021, Villa Esperanza is located in the welcoming village of Ginestas (11120), just minutes from the Canal du Midi and the charming port of Le Somail. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the villa is just a short walk from the bakery, grocery store, restaurant, and village bar.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated private saltwater pool, pétanque court, wood-fired oven, and spacious terraces, this villa is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in southern France.

Le Chalumeau

Welcome to this stunning villa, officially rated as a 4-star holiday home, ideal for up to 6 guests. Perched on a rocky spur in the heart of a large, fully enclosed and tree-filled garden of 1,200 m², the property offers an exceptional 360° panoramic view, including a breathtaking vista over the Pyrenees stretching more than 200 km.

🌿 A spacious interior with panoramic views

The bright and airy 50 m² living room, featuring a 55″ LED flat screen TV, opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen, which in turn leads to a large covered south-facing terrace. From here, enjoy magnificent views of the Pic du Canigou, the Corbières, the Montagne Noire, the village and its abbey, the garden, and the pool. A gas plancha is available for outdoor cooking.

Three comfortable bedrooms:

  • A master suite with double bed (160 x 200), large wardrobe, desk, private bathroom, separate toilet, and balcony with unobstructed views to the east (morning sun)
  • One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk, and view over the countryside to the west (evening sun)

A shower room with WC is also available on the upper floor, along with a second separate WC with hand basin for guests.
