General:
This villa is located at the entrance to the village of Azille. The villa is fully equipped for an unforgettable vacation. The view from this villa is fantastic and will immediately give you a feeling of peace and relaxation. In the village of Azille there are several restaurants and small local shops and wine cellars. 5 minutes from the village you will find a large supermarket (Olonzac) and many other shops.
For excursions, the lake “Lac de Joarres” is 5 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy a nice swim. The vast lawns are ideal for spreading your towel and sunbathing. In summer, there are inflatables on/in the water, and it is also possible to rent canoes, paddle boards, pedal boats and a restaurant. It is also possible to fish there and walking around the lake is a must.
There are also various cycle paths, both on- and off-road, in the area.
Many other tourist excursions are relatively close to the villa (Canal du Midi, city of Carcassonne, Fontfroide Abbey, Minerve, etc.). The beach is only 50 minutes away by car.
Interior:
This modern villa has a spacious entrance with a first bedroom with private bathroom on the left. This room has a 180×200 bed and large sliding doors opening onto a terrace with exceptional views.
Adjacent to the entrance is the large living room with open kitchen and large facades opening onto the terrace. There are 3 other bedrooms on the other side of the living room. 1 bedroom has a 180×200 bed with sliding doors that lead to the terrace with a beautiful view. This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have an independent entrance but are connected by a 3rd bathroom. One of these 2 bedrooms has a 160×200 bed and sliding doors with access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a 180×200 bed. The entire villa is air conditioned.
Outside the house:
The covered terrace has a large living room and a dining table for 8 people. From this terrace we have a beautiful view of the heated infinity pool and a beautiful view of the vineyards and the Pyrenees. The terrace around the swimming pool is spacious and equipped with deckchairs to enjoy sunny days. On the right side of the terrace are the jacuzzi and a pétanque court. The entire terrace is surrounded by a large garden and gives a general feeling of freedom. A barbecue is at your disposal and the car can be parked on the private property, which can be closed by a gate.
