Lake Jouarres is a 10 minute drive away for water sports and the Mediterranean Sea is relatively close by. There are many places of interest to visit in the immediate vicinity. Afterwards you can relax in the evening in the Spa or enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue.

Interior:

The large living room (103 m²) with open kitchen has patio doors to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso machine and 2 refrigerators, one of which has a freezer and ice maker. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. On one side of the house is a bedroom with a bed of 160X200 with a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and a door to the outside. Through a corridor you reach the other side of the house where you will find a separate toilet, 3 other large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, double sink and bath. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). Another bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the last bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). Finally, a final master suite has a double bed (160X200) with a dressing room, and bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. There is access to the outside from this bedroom.

Exterior:

You will be completely charmed by the exterior of the house. The large field offers sports enthusiasts outdoor games and balls on the lawn. The swimming pool (5X11m) invites you to dive, swim and play with the family. Next to the pool is the large terraces to enjoy the sun and a wellness area with shower and jaccuzi. The terraces accommodate garden furniture and sunbathing for all holidaymakers. The summer kitchen with its plancha, its stone barbecue and the refrigerator complete the picture and allow you to fully enjoy yourself until the end of the evening. The entire site is fenced.

Villa la Tourette

For those looking for tranqulilty, space, breathtaking views, fantastic nature and a wonderful swimming pool, this villa is an ideal holiday address. The villa (for 5 people) is located in the beautiful countryside at the foot of the Montagne Noir just outside the village of Najac (Siran). Many trips are possible from this house and returning to it will be wonderful to stay in this magnificent place. The overwhelming nature immediately puts you in a wonderful holiday mood.

This villa has a spectacular view, a covered terrace overlooking the pool and is located on a very spacious plot. A 5-minute drive away is the village of Siran where there are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar, etc.) and several large supermarkets and other shops are 15 minutes away by car. From the villa you can enjoy this great, mountainous area. Or you can take various routes by mountain bike. The beach is an hour’s drive away. There is ample opportunity to park the car at the villa.

This nicely decorated villa has a pleasant living room with air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is an office on one side, and on the other side an open kitchen that is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with private shower and sink. This nice detached house is located in the nice village of Trausse-Minervois, at the foot of the Montagne Noir. The nature right next to the villa puts you in a wonderful holiday mood. The heated swimming pool and terraces of the house give you the relaxation you deserve.

Villa Roseraie

This beautiful, nicely renovated, stately ‘ maison de maître ‘ for 10 people, has 4 bathrooms, attractive garden and of course a private pool and in all the bedrooms airconditioning. The House located in the center of a colorful village is close to the shops, bakery, small supermarket. The French village life will take you and carries you away to a special holiday experience.

The great, authentic, spacious house is within walking distance of the Centre of the village and is fully equipped. The garden has lots of atmosphere and offers absolute privacy. The beach is relatively close and from the House you can easily reach the mountain landscape of the ‘ Montagne Noir ‘ or a trip to the Pyrenees surely belongs to the possibilities. Of course, it is great to relax in and around this magnificent home.

Incoming in the Hall is the kitchen, dinner corner on the left with the utility room. The living room with sliding doors to the covered terrace and the garden is on the right and straight ahead is the staircase to the upper floors with the bedrooms. Of course, there is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms (all double beds) all with a private bathroom. One bathroom has a bath, toilet, shower and sink, one bathroom has a sink and shower. On this floor there is also a toilet. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms (two with double bed the other with two single beds). One badroom has a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The beach of the Mediterranean Sea with his cosy beach villages is relatively close and makes visiting worthwhile.
