The authentic village, located in the hilly area of ​​the Hérault, really gives you the feeling of being in the south of France. The nearby larger village of ST-Chinian has everything a person needs for their daily life: a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
There is also a large market here twice a week (Thursday and Sunday). Touring the amazing surroundings is a must do (by car or mountain bike). There are many attractions in the area and the beach is not far. The villa is ideally located as a starting point for shorter and longer hikes. About 4 km away is the beautiful fast-flowing river Orb with its beaches and opportunities for swimming and canoeing.

The villa has a pleasant, attractive spacious living room (45M2) with doors to the covered terrace and a functional, open kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with the washing machine, dryer, 2nd refrigerator and plenty of storage space. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 16M2, (one with a bed of 160x200cm and one with a bed of 180x200cm) with patio doors to the covered terrace and swimming pool. In the hallway is the bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower, there is a guest toilet in the hallway.

Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The part of the garden around the swimming pool is completely enclosed. There are plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the French sun, but there are also plenty of shaded areas. At the front of the house you can see the highest mountain in the area, the Caroux, of approximately 1100 meters. The house is located among vineyards, characteristic olive trees, and beautiful nature.
The spacious parking lot is located at the front of the house on private property.
