Established for several years in the south of France, our family business offers you a large selection of mid- to high-end villas. These villas have beautiful views and swimming pools, on a magnificent plot and equipped with every comfort. Places where our vacationers meet with family or friends to enjoy a good stay!
1. Beautiful villas equipped with every comfort:
We have a selection of 50 villas in the department of Aude and Hérault, a maximum of 1 hour from the Mediterranean Sea. All are beautiful, neat, fully furnished villas with private swimming pools. And some have magnificent panoramic views, a jacuzzi or even a bowling green.
In order to guarantee the quality and comfort of the villas, they must meet the quality and comfort requirements that we have set. Thus, before accepting our villas in our catalog, they are selected and inspected by our team.
All villas must have the comfort of a real “home” so that each vacationer feels at home: comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a crystal clear swimming pool, and suitable garden furniture.
Even if the comfort remains the same from one villa to another, each villa has its own style: some have a rustic design, and others are very modern, so that each family can find a house to stay in in our catalog.
2. High quality service during your vacation
Our team manages the maintenance of the house, cleaning, garden and swimming pool maintenance during the rental period so that everything is perfect before your arrival.
We also provide rental of sheets, baby beds or baby chairs, bath towels, beach towels and many other items to complete your stay. In this case, the beds will be made before your arrival, just as the rented equipment will be installed. All you have to do is put down your bags and enjoy the swimming pool and the good weather with your family.
The fact that everything is managed by our team allows us to guarantee quality in all service provided. A direct, internal link ensures short communication so that action can be taken immediately if necessary. We are available at all times to assist you.
3. Close contact with our customers
From the first contact with our tenants until the end of the vacation we ensure that everything is taken care of to perfection. We like to take into consideration the needs and wishes of each tenant so that they can have a dream vacation. Our team is multilingual, so we can easily meet the needs of each request.
All direct communication is exchanged transparently with our tenants. Once on site, communication with our team can be done by telephone or through WHATS APP in order to guarantee rapid exchanges in the event of questions or requests. Our premises and offices are located a maximum of 30 minutes from the villas and we are available 24/7 if necessary.
To help you have a successful vacation, a “Tenant Book” is at your disposal in each villa in which you will find not only all the information concerning the villa but also the best excursions, restaurants and outings to do in the region.
Finally, every year our team organizes an excursion for our tenants. For those who wish to participate, information will be given on site.
4. Constant evolution of our services
We are always looking to do better. Our villas and our quality of service are closely monitored during the season thanks to the satisfaction surveys that we receive after each stay from our tenants.
Also, at the end of the season, we discuss with the villa owners to see areas for improvement. This also allows owners to align with the different demands of tenants and continue to meet the quality and comfort requirements that we have set.
Furthermore, did you know that behind this satisfaction survey there is also a good cause? Indeed, each satisfaction survey represents a value of 10 euros which we pay to the JEMODA association (association which helps the education of poor children in Senegal).
An action which therefore allows not only the constant improvement of our services but at the same time allows the improvement of living comfort for the children who need it the most.
5. We support sustainable tourism
Aware of the impact on the environment, we seek to adapt our holiday villas to sustainable tourism.
Therefore, we encourage all our owners to install low-energy lighting (LED) and to install water reducers on bathroom faucets. We also advise our tenants on recycling and water consumption during their stay and our maintenance team uses some “eco” labeled products to clean the villas.
The welcome gifts for our tenants as well as the shops and restaurants offered in the tenants’ book are local. This allows tenants to “taste” local culture and encourage local commerce.
Every little gesture counts to minimize the impact on the environment.
6. The Charm of the South of France
The magnificent surroundings make the “south of France” the ideal destination for your vacation to enjoy everything it has to offer: The authentic villages, the space, the coastline, nature and of course the sunny climate . It is a wonderful place to stay and spend quality time with family, couples or friends.
This is how, with a good glass of local wine in hand, the sun on your skin and a barbecue, you can enjoy a good meal around the swimming pool. Or go on excursions, such as a day at the beach of Saint Pierre-la-mer, a good restaurant at the port of Gruissan, a visit to the City of Carcassonne, a boat trip on the Canal du Midi, or even a wine tasting in one of the many cellars in the region…
