Completely refurbished in winter 2022 by its new owners — with a brand-new kitchen, furniture, bedding, and decor — this peaceful, south-facing villa is perfectly equipped for up to 6 guests, with a large heated swimming pool, spacious terraces, and complete privacy.

Le Chalumeau

Welcome to this stunning villa, officially rated as a 4-star holiday home, ideal for up to 6 guests. Perched on a rocky spur in the heart of a large, fully enclosed and tree-filled garden of 1,200 m², the property offers an exceptional 360° panoramic view, including a breathtaking vista over the Pyrenees stretching more than 200 km.

🌿 A spacious interior with panoramic views

The bright and airy 50 m² living room, featuring a 55″ LED flat screen TV, opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen, which in turn leads to a large covered south-facing terrace. From here, enjoy magnificent views of the Pic du Canigou, the Corbières, the Montagne Noire, the village and its abbey, the garden, and the pool. A gas plancha is available for outdoor cooking.

Three comfortable bedrooms:

  • A master suite with double bed (160 x 200), large wardrobe, desk, private bathroom, separate toilet, and balcony with unobstructed views to the east (morning sun)
  • One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk, and view over the countryside to the west (evening sun)
  • A third bedroom upstairs with a bed (140 x 190), wardrobe, desk, and open view of the surrounding nature

A shower room with WC is also available on the upper floor, along with a second separate WC with hand basin for guests.

In the basement: utility room with washing machine and dryer. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

The spacious covered terrace includes a large family dining table and a ceiling fan for added comfort. A staircase leads directly to the private pool (9 × 4.5 m) and a small summer kitchenette. The fully enclosed landscaped garden guarantees peace and privacy, with sun loungers available.
