Ideal for large families or holidays with friends, it enjoys a prime location close to Béziers and Roquebrun, a picturesque village famous for water activities such as canoeing – perfect for a day trip.

This 170 m² villa offers generous living spaces and a comfortable setting. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and pool through large sliding glass doors and connects to a bright and welcoming living area.

The villa features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over two levels. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the lower level (basement). Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The ground-floor living spaces and bedrooms have access to the swimming pool area, which is reached via a staircase. The lower level is also accessed by stairs.

One of the bedrooms on the lower level has French doors opening directly onto the garden, providing natural light and direct outdoor access.

Please note that the villa is not equipped for guests with reduced mobility or disabilities, as access to the different areas requires the use of stairs.
