The house is located on the edge of the village of “Trausse-Minervois, with a pleasant view from the living room and the north side. Great for walking, cycling, or relaxing by the private pool. There are plenty of sights and several excursions to do in the area.

This house has a spacious living room with a view on the north side and patio doors to the covered terrace and privat swimming pool on the south side. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (180×200) and one bedroom has two single beds (90×200). The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

On the south side of the house is a cozy covered terrace (also ideal for spring and autumn) with a cozy dining table where you can enjoy a delicious glass of local wine. The swimming pool is connected to the covered terrace via a small staircase. There are sun loungers and enough space to park your car on site.
