This modern villa built in 2021 is located at the end of a quiet neighborhood in a cozy typical French village in the south of France, just 5 minutes from Le Somail, 25 minutes from Narbonne and 40 minutes from the beach. A large supermarket is at 7 minutes from the house. The villa is equipped with all modernity (air conditioning, wifi) and has a pleasant heated swimming pool with terraces and a pétanque court. Everything is there for a very rich holiday. All amenities in the village can be reached on foot in 5 minutes: restaurant, delicatessen, supermarket, bakery-pastry shop, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors, and tobacco press. The region has many very interesting sights. A stay in this villa will make your holiday a real pleasure.

Interior:

The living room (50m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen open through the sliding doors onto the terrace overlooking the modern swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a 3rd bedroom with its own shower, toilet and sink. The 4th bedroom (30m2) is a master bedroom, has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. All beds are bouble beds (160×200)

Outside the house:

The covered terrace with awning offers ample space for the dining table. Directly connected to it is the beautiful terrace and the swimming pool (3.5×7). There is enough space around the swimming pool for sun loungers and it is surrounded by a modern landscaped garden. Of course there is a wood oven and you can park your car in front of the house. FYI, pets are not allowed in this property
