The villa is situated in a lively village with all basic amenities within walking distance. A large supermarket, butcher, grocery shop, clothing store, tobacconist and excellent wine cellar are all reachable within minutes by car.

“Less than 500 metres away you’ll find the Port d’Argeliers, on the banks of the picturesque Canal du Midi. Enjoy a walk, bike ride or a quick bite at the local snack bar (crêpes, fries, sandwiches). Here you’ll enjoy spectacular views over rolling countryside to the Pyrenees, absolute peace, and modern comforts: heated private pool, a large covered terrace, air conditioning, and landscaped gardens. It’s the perfect starting point to explore the Minervois with its blend of nature, heritage, and joie de vivre.

Welcome to Villa La Vigie, a charming, detached villa located in Caunes-Minervois (11160), on the edge of a picturesque village known for its historic Abbey and vibrant cultural life. Perfectly suited for 6 guests, this light-filled, south-facing house offers a heated private pool, several terraces with stunning panoramic views, and an interior thoughtfully designed for comfort, with two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with 90×200 cm beds and built-in closets. Two bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and pool area, and one features its own TV and en-suite bathroom.

 Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with halogen hob, combination microwave, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer.
