Located in a calm, forested area is this pleasant and completely renovated villa for 6 people, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The heated swimming pool with its spacious terrace, the view and the covered terrace make you enjoy, into the small hours, the South French life. The villa is also an excellent starting point for the many attractions this region has to offer.

General:

This villa has a tastefully decorated living room, nice decorated bedrooms and beautiful large terrace around the heated swimming pool. 7 minutes away by car there is large supermarket and other shops. In this same village there is a large regional weekly market on Tuesday. You can so and walk from the villa in the nearby nature. The beach is relatively close and there is a small lake about a 10 min drive. The surrounding area features many landmarks to visit.

Interior:

The living room (30 m ²) and the fully equipped open kitchen (9 m ²) are attractively furnished and is air-conditioned. There are two bedrooms on the left side of the House including one with a double bed (160 x 200) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200). The third bedroom is located on the right side of the House, is a bit more spacious and has look-out to the terrace. Also here a double bed (160×200). The bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink is practical and modern design. There is a second toilet next to the front door.

Exterior:

Following on from the living room is the covered terrace with dining table and views. Connected directly on this is the large terrace with heated swimming pool (4 x 8). Around the swimming pool is sufficient place for the sun loungers and here again the beautiful view. The House is surrounded by the garden and the whole gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking is located at the front of the House on the site.
