From the villa you overlook the vineyards of the Minervois unto the montagne noir. The spacious and very enjoyable covered terraces ensure you that at any time of the day it is a fine place to do your meals, offers you delicious shades to be able to read and to relax with a good book or pleasant conversations while enjoying a glass of. The villa is also a good starting point for your excursions to the many attractions in the area.

Interior:

Incoming in the spacious hall is located on your left the bedrooms, to the right the dining-, living room and right in front of you the salvage and the complete and cosy kitchen. The living-, dining room is stylishly decorated and has Franch-doors to the large covered terrace. There are three bedrooms.  All bedrooms have 2X 90X200 beds. All bedrooms have Franch-doors opening onto a large covered terrace. The spacious bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and wash basin. There is a toilet in the great Hall. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer and an extra freezer. The livingroom and all the bedrooms are aiconditioned.

Outside:

Both the living room and the bedrooms open onto the large covered terraces. They respond to on the simple but nicely furnished garden where there is a nice space is created for a terrace with a BBQ at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the peace and the space of the views of the rolling tract. The heated swimming pool (4 x 8) with the large terrace surrounding it is slightly lower. By means of a broad staircase you will come to this terrace where is relaxing on the sun beds. You can park your car on site behind the gate. There is a loadingponit for your electric car.
