General:

From the villa you overlook the vineyards of the Minervois unto the montagne noir. The spacious and very enjoyable covered terraces ensure you that at any time of the day it is a fine place to do your meals, offers you delicious shades to be able to read and to relax with a good book or pleasant conversations while enjoying a glass of. The villa is also a good starting point for your excursions to the many attractions in the area.

Interior:

Entering the hall, on your left are the bedrooms, on the right the dining room, the living room and just in front of you is the complete and comfortable kitchen, in which there is a fridge with integrated 3-drawer freezer. The living and dining room are elegantly decorated and have French doors leading out to the large covered terrace. There are three rooms.  All rooms have 2X 90X200 beds. All bedrooms have French doors opening onto a large covered terrace. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one of which has an additional toilet. There are toilets in the entrance hall. The laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside:

Both the living room and the bedrooms open onto the large covered terraces. They respond to on the simple but nicely furnished garden where there is a nice space is created for a terrace with a BBQ at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the peace and the space of the views of the rolling tract. The heated swimming pool (4 x 8) with the large terrace surrounding it is slightly lower. By means of a broad staircase you will come to this terrace where is relaxing on the sun beds. You can park your car on site behind the gate. There is a loadingponit for your electric car.
