The bright and airy 50 m² living room, featuring a 55″ LED flat screen TV, opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen, which in turn leads to a large covered south-facing terrace. From here, enjoy magnificent views of the Pic du Canigou, the Corbières, the Montagne Noire, the village and its abbey, the garden, and the pool. A gas plancha is available for outdoor cooking.
Three comfortable bedrooms:
- A master suite with double bed (160 x 200), large wardrobe, desk, private bathroom, separate toilet, and balcony with unobstructed views to the east (morning sun)
- One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk, and view over the countryside to the west (evening sun)
- A third bedroom upstairs with a bed (140 x 190), wardrobe, desk, and open view of the surrounding nature
A shower room with WC is also available on the upper floor, along with a second separate WC with hand basin for guests.
In the basement: utility room with washing machine and dryer. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
