General:

This striking modern villa has a large living room with open kitchen. From the kitchen you reach the covered terrace where you have a breathtaking view over the surroundings and the Pyrenees. The villa is located in a pretty typical village, just 10 minutes from a large supermarket. The beach is also relatively close and many walks are possible from the house. It is also a good starting point for bike rides on small roads, paths and in the vineyards. All amenities in the village reachable on foot in 5 minutes: restaurants, delicatessen, traditional butcher-charcuterie, supermarket, bakery-patisserie, hairdresser, pharmacy, garages, fuel, doctors, wine cellars, tobacco press, florist, ticket distributor, market on Tuesdays , Thursday and Saturday. This region has many very interesting sights. A stay in this villa will make your holiday a real pleasure.

Interior:

To the left of the house is the living room (50 m2) and the open kitchen; The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a large, fully shaded covered terrace (gas plancha available) facing south with a panoramic 270° view of the Canigou peak and the Corbières, view of the black mountain, view of the village, the abbey, the garden, the swimming pool and the surrounding nature. On the rightside of the house are 2 bedrooms. a parental suite with a double bed 200×160, closet, desk, large bathroom, toilet and balcony with a view of the surrounding nature without overlooking (rising sunny side). Second bedroom with double bed 200×160, closet, small desk and a view of nature and the village without vis-à-vis (sunset side), in the bedroom a toilet with washbasin, also available for visitors. On the 1st floor there is a Mezzanine with desk, a bedroom with double bed 190×140, wardrobe, desk and view of nature without vis-à-vis, bathroom with shower and toilet nearby on the same floor. In the basement is the lingerie with washing machine and dryer. All windows have Mosquito nets.

Outside:

The covered terrace offers enough space for the dining table. There is a ceiling fan on the covered terrace. Via a staircase you can go directly down to the swimming pool (9mX4.5m)and the small summer kitchen. There is room for sun loungers around the pool. The whole is surrounded by a beautiful modern fully fenced garden. You have a barbecue on the property and you can park your car in front of the house.

Villa Vesenca

This beautiful holiday villa, located in a beautiful wooded area, gives you all the freedom, peace and space. The large heated private swimming pool with its large terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden makes it complete. In short, here you will feel like a French king in his own paradise.

General:

The authentic village, located in the hilly region of the Hérault, really gives you the feeling of being in the South of France. The nearby village of ST-Chinian has everything a person needs for his daily life: supermarket, bar, restaurants, shops, etc. There is also a large regional market twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays). Touring through the great area is a must to do (by car or mountain bike). There are many places of interest in the area and the beach itself is not far.

 Interior:

The villa has a large living room with patio doors to the covered terrace and a functional, fully equipped, open kitchen. On the ground floor are also two bedrooms (double bed 180×200) with private bathroom (shower and washbasin) and patio doors to the covered terrace with a view of the garden, swimming pool and the surrounding area. There is a third bedroom (double bed 180×200) and a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet on this ground floor. In the hallway there is a guest toilet. On the top floor there are two bedrooms (double beds 180×200) with patio doors to the large balcony where you have a great view of the surroundings. Outside:

Villa La Mancha

Villa La Mancha is located on the outskirts of the medieval village at the foot of the Montagne Noir Azillanet, on an area of more than 2600m² with a lot of privacy and built in the whole of French style. Ideal for 2 families there both the down as upper floor features 2 large bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The top floor with balcony has on a clear day a beautiful view on the Pyrenees. It is easy to discover the overwhelming nature, idyllic villages to visit or just enjoy the peace and the space that this property has to offer. The heated swimming pool (4.5 x 9.5) with its spacious terrace, the summer kitchen by the pool and large garden make this an ideal holiday destination.

Within walking distance you can discover the beautiful, mountainous nature and cycling or mountain biking the still rugged surroundings. On 7 minits away by car lies the village of Olonzac, where you will find a large supermarket, but also all sorts of other shops and various restaurants and a beautiful, large weekly market on Tuesday. The beach is less than an hour by car and the Jouarres Lake at Olonzac 7 km away, where you can go swimming, sailing etc.

Interior:

The living room (40 m ²) offers direct access to the Conservatory on the South, and from which the pool direct can be reached; ideal for spring and autumn. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped and comes out on the largely covered front terrace with dining table and built-in BBQ. Next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine, dishwasher and large standing freezer. Next to this is a small cave, where you can keep your fruit and wine. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, are equipped with double beds (140 x 200 and 160 x 200). Between the two bedrooms is the toilet and next to it the bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bath. On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the other bedroom a double bed (160 x 200). This bedroom has patio doors leading to the spacious balcony and fantastic views. On this floor is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink.

Outside the house:

Following on from the living room is the Conservatory which opens onto the large, spacious terrace with the swimming pool (4.5x 9.5 heated). Here is also the summer kitchen to enjoy long summer evenings. In the morning you can enjoy your French breakfast on the terrace that connects to the kitchen and where the stone BBQ is located. Here it is great to relax in the shade. There is plenty of space to park the cars at the House and the terrain is completely fenced and closed.

Villa Fauve

Located on the edge of the charming village of Beaufort offers this nice, well-kept House with private pool and great views over the vineyards area for 6 persons. Sitting on the covered terrace you look out on the landscape, the hills and the private pool making the holiday atmosphere reigns supreme.

Beaufort is very centrally located and you can easy make from this House day trips to the many attractions or just take a stroll through the beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity. Also cycling or mountain biking is one of the possibilities. In the near village of Olonzac there every Tuesday a big local market, there is at 10 min drive a nice small lake and even the sea is in an hour drive away. This in combination with this property makes this an ideal holiday spot.

Interior:

The living room (40 m ²) and the open kitchen (8 m ²) are located on the first floor, are equipped with all the necessary equipment and followed by a covered terrace. The first floor is at the same height as the road. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a guest toilet on this floor, in the Hall next to the stairway down. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200). Also here is a bathroom with shower and sink. Both bedrooms have French doors to the terrace which connects to the garden and swimming pool.

Outside the house:

You can park your car on site on the same ground floor as the front door. The lower garden has a pleasant atmosphere and from the sunbed you can take advantage of the view and the private swimming pool (4 x 8) with walk in stairs. Even here there is a covered terrace where it is nice relaxing with a good book or a glass of local wine.

In the village of Siran are some small shops (bakery, grocery, restaurant, bar.) and 15 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops. The villa is situated on the slopes of the mountains of the Montagne Noir and is surrounded by fantastic views, great nature spots, hiking and mountain bike trails and the beach is relatively nearby. Many attractions are within easy reach of this House and it is wonderful to come back and relax at the villa after a day of touring.

Interior:

The living room (40 m ²) and the open kitchen (8 m ²) with air conditioning come with French doors out on the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms in this villa. Two bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200) and French doors to the outside. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (2X90 x 200). There are two bathrooms, one with bath. Both bathrooms have a toilet. In the storage room is the washing machine.

Outside the house:

Following on from the living room is the covered terrace, the sun terrace with heated swimming pool (4 x 8) and the wonderful views over the rolling countryside. Around the pool it’s lovely to relax on the sun beds. The House is surrounded by the beautifully landscaped garden. A relaxing game of jeu-de-boules is possible at the private course or a fanatical game on the table tennis is also an option. From the House you can walk into the impressive nature with all its different facets. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The car park is located on the side.
