General:
Arrived at this villa you can uninhibited relaxing on the spacious, covered terrace. Overlooking the rolling landscape with its hills, vineyards as far as the mountains of the Pyrenees. From the villa you can make walks and the village is close for every morning nice fresh croissants. The wooded area invites you to relax and a day at the beach is also a possibility.
Interior:
The living room and the open kitchen (65 m ²) are connect to the large covered terrace accessed by French doors. The kitchen is of course, with all the modern equipment installed what you would expect from a holiday villa. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have French doors to the covered terrace and two double beds (210×180 and 210×160). One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with washbasin, shower, bath and toilet. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a washbasin and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (200×80). Of course, there is a guest toilet in the hallway.
Outside the house:
The large, spacious covered terrace communicates with two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen and is therefore easy to reach. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, space and the amazing views. By a large, wide staircase you get to the lower Sun terrace with Sun beds, the private heated swimming pool (4 x 8) and Jacuzzi. There is also the possibility for a game of jeu de boulles on the private course and there is for the avid athletes (or joy-players) a table tennis. Of course, this villa has a BBQ at you disposal. The parking is located at the front of the House on the site.
