Driving on winding roads and through the vineyards of the beautiful Minervois region, you will come to the rustic village of Siran and you look out on the ridge of the Montagne Noir where this newly renovated and modern decorated villa is situated. Once at the friendly villa with private heated pool arrived, you can look out over this great landscape up to the Pyrenees.

General:
Returning from a day at the beach or from one of the many other points of interest that this region has to offer is the relaxing under the covered terrace at the private heated pool. The view what you have at the villa remains breathtaking and is always changing by the moving of the light from the Sun. The village of Siran is close by for delicious fresh ‘ croissants ‘ and ‘ pein au chocolat ‘, for a cup of coffee or a delicious lunch on the terrace of the bar together with the local population.
Interior:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the machinery, and opens onto the covered terrace. The living-, dining room is warmly and actual decorated and has French-doors to the terrace. The villa has three bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The other two bedrooms have two single beds (80 x 200) and one of these bedrooms has French-doors unto the terrace. There is a second bathroom with shower and double sink. The second toilet is in the hallway.
Outside the house:
The pleasant private heated swimming pool is adjacent to the covered terrace with dining table where the great views are and where you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. In addition, you can access the terrace in front of the living room where you can relax in the lounge-set and can enjoy the quietness, the beautiful natural surroundings and of course a nice local glass of wine. Of course, there are sun beds for relaxing underneath the French Sun. There is a BBQ at your disposal and you can park the car in front of the House on the site.
