Welcome to Villa Rosa, a beautiful modern holiday villa completed in May 2018, perfect for a relaxing stay for up to 6 people. Located in a quiet, wooded area, this place offers you a sense of freedom and luxury — something you will continue to feel long after your holiday.

From the covered terrace, you have a view of the garden and the heated swimming pool. Here, relaxation, comfort, and nature come together beautifully, in a warm and sunny atmosphere.

All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for extra comfort. The bedrooms are also equipped with insect screens.

• Arrival from 5 PM – departure by 9 AM

• Pets are welcome (max 2, with additional fee)

• Additional costs: final cleaning €135, reservation fee €40, tourist tax according to local rates

• To preserve the tranquility of the area, parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed

• Electric cars may NOT be charged via the villa’s normal power supply (for safety reasons)
