General:
This new single storey villa has the living room (air-conditioned) with open kitchen based on the covered terrace where you look on the swimming pool with its terrace. Located in a wooded area and situated on the South is this villa but 7 min away from a large supermarket. In that same village (Olonzac) are other shops and a weekly market on Tuesday. Also the beach is relatively close, there is a small lake on 10 min drive and, of course, this region knows many attractions to visit. Staying in this villa makes your holiday a truthful enjoyment.
From 2025 for the comfort of the tenants the living room and all bedrooms will have air conditioning and there will be mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
Interior:
The living room (40 m ²) and the fully equipped kitchen come through the sliding doors out on the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200 box-spring attached together), one of which has French doors to the garden. The third bedroom has also two single beds (90 x 200, box-spring attached together) and a private shower and washbasin. In the bathroom there is a bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second toilet in the corridor.
Outside the house:
The covered terrace offers spacious place for the dining table. Through a open, wide staircase you come on the lower terrace and the garden with the swimming pool (heated 4 x 8) and the jacuzzi. The garden is of course decorated with Mediterranean plants what’s making you feel really in the South. The view makes the image complete. From the villa you can easily go hiking or cycling through this beautiful rolling landscapes. Of course, there is a BBQ and you can park the car at the House.
From 2025 there will be a charging station for the electric car.
