This villa is located in a pleasant village with local shops, bakery, bar, restaurant, a small supermarket and a shop with special local products, wines and other delicacies. The beach is relatively close, beautiful cities to visit are there on short distance such as Narbonne, Béziers and Carcassonne with its ancient castle. In this beautiful region, there are many beautiful sights to visit or to make excursions in the beautiful nature. Ideal for people who loves the live of the village.
Interior:
The living room (40 m ²) has French-doors to the covered terrace and, of course, the open kitchen (12 m ²) is fully furnished and fully equipped. There is a guest toilet in the hallway. In the storage room is the washing machine, dryer and other amenities. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) and a private bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom in the hallway with double washbasin, shower and toilet. One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200).
Outside the house:
Sitting under the spacious covered terrace you overlook the private swimming pool (5 x 10) with walk in stairs and the Mediterranean garden. There is a large playing field for children right next to the swimming pool where they can play football, badminton or other activities. In the garage is box with toys for children and there is a table tennis for outside. Returning from a wonderful walk through the fantastic surroundings, or a visit to a beautiful authentic point of interest, or a day at the beach it is great to relax with a glass of local wine, a good fried steak on the BBQ at the own private swimming pool. You can park the car at the House on site.
