General:
You look out on the rolling plains of the Minervois with its hills and vineyards. Directly from the villa you can enjoy hiking and cycling (mountain biking) or make a walk to the Centre of the village for small groceries or to drink a delicious glass of local wine in the bar. You can also have lunch or dinner in the excellent restaurant of the village or simply operate the BBQ at home and enjoy each other and the holiday.
Interior:
From the living room with wood burning stove offers views over the vineyards by the open doors. Of course the practical open kitchen is fully equipped. On the right side of the living room is a bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 1.60) and a door to the covered terrace. On this side of the living room is also a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet wash basin and next to it the utility room. On the left side of the living room are located the other two bedrooms and second bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed (200 x 1.60) and French doors to the terrace and the other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).
Outside the house:
From the living room you have access the large covered terrace with the stone BBQ and the beautiful views over the garden and the surrounding area. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, the liberty, a delicious breakfast or long lounging on the pleasant evenings. By a wide staircase you get to the lower portion where the sun terrace is with Sun beds, the private swimming pool (4 x 8) and the nicely decorated Mediterranean garden. There is also the possibility for a game of jeu de boulles on the private course The parking is located at the front of the House on site under the carport.
