This nicely furnished, single storey villa is located in a nice French village within walking distance of a French restaurant, the beautiful natural landscape and in a few km a larger village with local shops and a big supermarket. It is, of course, relaxing around the villa with its large terrace, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.

General:
The villa, surrounded by the rolling countryside, vineyards and natural beauty, is fully equipped. On the right side of the villa is one bedroom with private bathroom on the left hand side are located the other two bedrooms and second bathroom. In the nearby village you can do your daily shopping, once a week there is a big market and a10 minutes drive from the villa you are at a small lake called; Lac de Jouarres where you can sunbathe, water activities and hiking or eat great food in its restaurant.
Interior:
The living room (40 m²), the dining room and the open kitchen (12 m²) with open doors are in connection with the covered terrace and the large pool terrace. The kitchen is, of course, equipped with all the necessary equipment. The washing machine is in the garage which is next to the villa. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the left side of the living room of which one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190) and the other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190). Between the two bedrooms there is a Bath room with shower, dubble sink and toilet. One of these bedrooms has French doors leading to the pool. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the living room with a double bed (200 x 160), has its own lounge area and a privat bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.
Outside the house:
Following on from the living room is the covered terrace with dining table and views of the hilly landscape. Connected directly on this terrace is there the large terrace and the heated swimming pool (4 x 8) with walk in stairs. Next to the swimming pool, the jacuzzi were you during the warm summer evenings can relax under the starlit night. The whole is secreted by a hedge of lush, flowering oleanders. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking is located at the front of the House.
