General:
This villa situated in the beautiful landscape of the ‘Minervois’ has a completely renovated Interior and will provide you all the modern comfort what you need as a tourist. The villa is tastefully decorated, has a charming garden and offers plenty of privacy. 7 minutes away by car is a larger village (Olonzac) with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and other shops. There is also here a large, weekly, traditional market. In the surroundings are plenty of idyllic spots to discover (by walking or cycling) and the beach is a 40 km away by car. 10 minutes away by car there is a small lake (Lac-de Jouarres) where you can go swimming, surfing and do other activities or just simply sunbathing.
From 2025 for the comfort of the tenants, the living room and all bedrooms will have air conditioning.
Interior:
The living room (30 m²) and the open kitchen are equipped with all the necessary equipment and are connected to the main coverd terrace by a large bay window. Following on from the kitchen there is a large conservatory where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or to spend long evenings in. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 200) and 1 bedroom has double bed (200 x 200) and a private shower room with sink. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There is a second guest toilet in the villa.
Outside the house:
Following on from the living room is the main coverd terrace with dining table. Through some steps you get on the main pool terrace where there is enough space to install the lounge chairs at your own preference. The swimming pool (8 x 4) has walk-in stairs and has all over the same depth. There are several seats on the large property (1000 m²) so that you can always find a place to relax. The conservatory is an ideal place, particularly in the spring and fall, to enjoy the warmth of the low sun. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The privet parking for the car is located at the front of the plot.
