General:
This nicely furnished villa has a pleasant decorated garden with various places for you to pull back and offer tranquility and privacy. In the village is a shop/restaurant where you can get fresh bread in the morning and a cup of coffee, where lunch is served and can be eaten or just enjoy a nice local wine in the cosy bar. 7 minutes away by car you will find in Cazoules-les-Béziers with a large supermarket and various shops. In the wine cave of Cazouls-Les-Béziers are fine local wines and regional products. Nearby is St. Chinian, a 10-minute drive away, where all kinds of shops can be found and where a large market is organised twice a week. Here you will also find some good restaurants. On cycling distance is Cessenon with some bakeries, butcher’s shop, mini market and some restaurants. The beach is relatively near and in the area are many attractions. On 10 min away is the L ‘ ORB where one can kayak, and also is there a Zoo for the little ones. The wooded area, with its many vineyards, is perfect for hiking, cycling or mountain biking in the hills.
Interior:
The living room with the open, modern kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave) and a bar are connected to the North and the South Terrace accessed through French-doors. The big south terrace is completly covers and can be sealed by a sun screen. The nothern tartace has Sun screens. The villa has three bedrooms with wardrobes. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140 x 200 and 180 x 200) including one of these two bedrooms has access to the terrace outside. On the right is a separate room with an extra sink with mirror. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). In the bathroom there is a bath, a shower, a sink and toilet. In the Hall is a second toilet. In the garage is the washing machine, extra fridge/freezer and a large wash basin.
Outside the house:
Unto the living room you come (by French-doors) to the north tarrace with dining table, or to the big cover south terrace with his own dining table. The heated swimming pool (4 x 8) with walk in stairs and lighting is surrounded with spacious terraces and offers sufficient place for the sun loungers and parasols. The garden makes it all off and gives you the feeling of tranquility and freedom. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park the car in front of the House on site or in the garage of the House.
