This modern, tastefully and cosily furnished villa is located on the edge of an attractive village on a dead end road. In the village there are several wineries with wines of high quality. There are also some nice restaurants, a cafe/bar, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a bakery. Everything within walking distance, so getting fresh croissants or a baguette in the morning is a nice start to the day. During breakfast you can enjoy the beautiful view over olive trees, rolling vineyards and hills in the distance. The only sounds you hear are birds, the church bell, occasionally the village crier, and the occasional car of the postman or neighbor. Peace, enjoyment and authenticity are key words for this fantastic place.

General:

The villa is fully equipped, has a very nice style and has been cared for down to the last detail. A restored mill on the site gives a rural and authentic atmosphere to the living environment. From this villa you can easily take long walks through the vineyards, the village or in the slightly higher hills and forests. There are many places of interest in the vicinity (from dolmen to the special village of Minerve), but we would not be surprised if you often decide to stay ‘home’ and take advantage of the ‘good French life’ in this wonderful place.

 Interior:

The living room (40m²) and the open kitchen are equipped with all necessary equipment and have patio doors to the terrace with great views. One bedroom has a double bed (160×200) and a private bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet and ample storage space. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160×200). If desired, this bed can be converted into 2 single beds. For this room there is a second bathroom with shower and sink and also sufficient storage space. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the hallway. The toilet is equipped with a shower function. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage. Here you will also find the cushions for the garden furniture.

Exterior:

Adjacent to the living room is the very spacious covered terrace with a large dining table and the great view. Directly next to the house is a place set up for lounging. There is also the permanent BBQ. There is a swimming pool (around 3m in diameter) in which you can cool off on the hot days or float on an air mattress. There is enough space for the sunbeds and the whole is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants and shrubs. The parking is located at the front on the private property. You also have the garage, which has space for two cars.
