Villa La Grive

The spacious living room (40m²) and a large, modern kitchen (15m²) are connected to the covered terrace and ahs airconditioning. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 x 1 bed (2 x 80 * 200) and a private bathroom with shower and sink. The second bedroom has 2 x 1 bed (2 x 80 * 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet and the third bedroom has a double bed (140 * 200) and an en-suite bathroom with sink and shower . All bedrooms have airconditioning. Two bedrooms have French-doors to the outside and all bedrooms have closets. Obviously there is a separate guest toilet and a utility room with washer and dryer.

Outside the house:

Following the living room is a covered terrace and views over the rolling countryside. Right next to the house is the pool (4×8) with Roman steps and a spacious terrace with sunbeds. The summer kitchen with BBQ, outside toilet and outdoor shower completes this romantic place. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean garden with its many oleanders. The spacious parking is located at the front of the house.
