The villa is situated in a French village and has a tastefully decorated living room. The nice garden offers privacy. The village has some small shops (bakery, bank, restaurant, bar). Various large supermarkets and other shops are at a 5 min driving distance. You can get to the beach in a bit more then an half an hour. There are enough sight-seeings in the area to spend several days. Ideal for people who love village life.
Interior:
The living room (40m ² and airconditioned) and open kitchen (12m ²) are located on the first floor. They are provided with all necessary equipment and have an adjoining terrace. There is a toilet present on this floor. The scullery with the washer is downstairs. The ground floor has three bedrooms. Two have two single beds (90×200) and one bedromms has a double bed (200×200) and a privat bathromm with walk-in shower and washbasin. The big bathroom contains a bathtub, a double washbasin, walkin shower and a toilet.
Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the terrace with view. A little bit lower is an other terrace with dinner table and gives you access to the heated swimming pool (4×7) . Around the pool, surrounded by the garden, is plenty of room for sun beds. Of course, a BBQ is at your disposal. The parking is located at the rear, accessible by a separate entrance.
