General:
This cute home located on the ridge of the Montagne Noir with a magnificent view of the ‘ ‘ Corbières and the Minervois ‘ up to the Pyrenees, has everything you expect to be able to spend a great time. The House is practical, stylish decorated and, of course, fully furnished. In the pleasant village of Siran are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar). From the House you can walk onto the overwhelming nature of the Montagne Noir and there are many sights to visit on a short distance from the House.
Interior:
The living room with large open kitchen (25m2) are equipped with all necessary appliances and has air conditioning. Through a door you come out onto an adjacent terrace overlooking the pool. The bedroom with double bed (200×200: two mattresses) is spacious and functional with a private closet. The bathroom is practical with a sink, toilet, shower. Here is also the washing machine.
Outside the house:
Adjoining the living room is the terrace with the dining table. Directly on connected is the heated swimming pool (4×6) with underwater lighting. Around the house are several seating areas in sun or shade to relax and enjoy the tranquility, space and of course the amazing views. The nicely decorated garden with atmospheric lighting completes the picture. There is, of course, a BBQ at your disposal. The covered parking is located on the side of the house on site (car park is protected with a camera).
