General:

Located on the edge of the village, against the back of the Montagne Noir the villa has the complete package to give you a perfect holiday. The large, heated swimming-pool, tranquility, space and a cozy, typical French village with a good restaurant makes you running out of time during your holiday. The owner lives in the House next to you, she will let you of course completely free, however, you can use his knowledge on the region. He will be at your disposal at any time.

Interior:

This villa is recently completly renovated. The beautiful, spacious living room with open kitchen and air conditioning is, of course, completely furnished and equipped with all comforts. The sliding doors gives a lot of light in the home and in the winter it is great to relax at the pallet stove. There are three bedrooms all with double beds with single mattresses (90 x 200) the bathroom is practically with double washbasin, walk-in shower and the washing machine and wash dryer. There is a toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house:

The covered terrace with dining table opens onto the living room. From here you can look on the beautiful planted garden, the large heated oval swimming pool (5.5 x 11) and the magnificent landscape of the Minervois. It is wonderful to relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the tranquility, space and the French Sun.  There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can set the car next to the House, under the carport parking so that the car is in the shade. (the car park is protected with a camera)
