From the villa you have a direct view of the spacious swimming pool and the vineyards. The various spacious covered terraces and the veranda ensure that at any time of the day you have a nice place to do your meals, to relax, to read with a good book or to have pleasant conversations about all the beauty that is this beautiful region has to offer. In the village there are some small shops (bakery, post office, Tabac, restaurants and bar). At 5 minutes by car is a larger village (Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude) with supermarkets and other shops. The beach is relatively close by and there are many attractions in the vicinity.
Interior:
Entering the villa is the spacious and attractively furnished living room and dining room with air conditioning. This has French doors to the terrace and to the veranda where you can enjoy a delicious French breakfast in the morning. There are three bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed of 140×190 as well as a shower and toilet. From this bedroom you can access the spacious terrace at the front of the villa through French doors. The second bedroom has a double bed of 140×190 and the third bedroom has a 2 x 1 bed of 90×200. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. There is a guest WC in the hall.
