General:
This villa, located on the edge of a village, on a ridge has a great view. The tastefully decorated living room, full kitchen, nice planted garden with its large palm trees offers privacy and tranquility. In the village there is a small shop and 5 minutes away in the next larger village is a large supermarket and other shops. There is also a large weekly market in this village every Tuesday. You can walk straight into the woods from the house, the beach is relatively close and there are many attractions to visit in the area (canal de midi, cité de Carcassonne, Minerve, abbij de Frontfroide, Montagne noir, etc). Of course it is wonderful to stay “at home” in this fantastic place.
Interior:
The spacious living room has large sliding doors that open onto the roomy covered terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is very practical and next to the kitchen is a small storage room with a washing machine. The villa has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a storage closet. Two bedrooms have double beds (180×200) and one bedroom has a double bed (140×200). One bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the hall. The whole house is air-conditioned.
Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with the dining table and lounge set. From here you look out on the heated swimming pool (4×8) with its walk-in steps and the spacious terrace around it. Of course there is more than enough space for the sunbeds. In the well-kept garden is a beautiful Jeu de Boulles court with terrace and seating areas where you can enjoy a relaxing game of French sport while enjoying a local wine. The whole picture is completed by the surrounding nature of the beautiful landscape. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park your car on site under the spacious carport.
