General:
In the village of Cazedarnes is a nice Bar/restaurant/grocery store where you can get your fresh croissants, a cup of coffee or a tasty lunch at noon. The great environment surrounding at the villa invites you to hiking and cycling .There are many nice villages to visit, restaurants to try, sports facilities or many sightseeing to do in this beautiful region. A day at the beach surely belongs to the possibilities and, of course, it is wonderful to relax by the private pool of the house, enjoying the view and the rest of the ground.
Interior:
This pleasant villa has a living room with fireplace and French doors to the terraces at the front and side of the House. The fully equipped practical kitchen is in open connection with the living room and also has French doors to the terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with the great view. The villa has four bedrooms, two bedrooms have two double beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 200). One bedroom has two single beds (90×290) and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (80 x 190). All the Windows of the bedrooms have mosquito nets. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and here is also the washing machine. There is a guest toilet in the Hall.
Outside the house:
The House is half surrounded by a spacious and very pleasant terrace where a large canvases provide the necessary shade. Each side of the terrace has a different view of the beautiful surroundings. From this large terrace you go by a small staircase on the lower garden with private swimming pool (4 x 8) with Roman walk-in stairs. Again, also here, a nice, large terrace with plenty of room for the sun beds. A wooden picnic table under the trees in the natural shade for reading a good book and enjoy a nice glass of local rosé. By the pool you have again a magnificent view of the beautiful mountain setting and the vineyards. Behind the swimming pool, on a lower piece, there is plenty of space for itself to organize sporting activities such as football, badminton, Jeu-de-boulles, etc. There is BBQ at your disposal and you can park your car on the premises.
