This villa has a tastefully decorated living room with large open kitchen and cooking island. The villa has several large terraces and a large balcony at the upper bedroom with great views. In the village there are some small shops (bakery, bank, restaurant, bar.) and in 5 minutes you are in the city of Béziers where you can find several large supermarkets and a lot of other shops. The beach is close by and there are plenty of entertainment options in the area to fill multiple vacations.

The living room (50 m²) with fireplace and open plan kitchen (16 m²) are going out to the terraces and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can park your car (s) in the underground garage under the villa where you can also find the second fridge.
