General:

In the area there are many places of interest to visit (Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Abbey de Fontfroide, wineries, beach) but it is definitely recommended to stay ‘at home’ and take advantage of the ‘good French life’. The house has a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The attractive garden immediately gives you the feeling of being in France with its olive trees. It’s easy to just walk into the village and get a taste of ‘real’ French life.

Interior:

The living room (40m² with air conditioning) and the open kitchen are equipped with all necessary equipment and have patio doors to the outside terrace. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed (160×200). The second bedroom also has a double bed (140×200). The third bedroom has two single beds (90×200) that can be converted into a double bed. Also on this floor is the bathroom with double sink, shower and bath. There is a toilet in the hallway and also air conditioning. The washing machine is located in the storage room downstairs.

Exterior:

Adjacent to the living room is the large terrace with the dining table and a view of the garden and swimming pool. The heated swimming pool (9×4) is surrounded by a terrace and the garden, so there is plenty of space for sunbeds. There is also a terrace under a large olive tree where you can relax in the shade. The parking is located at the front on the private property.
