This beautiful, nicely renovated, stately ‘ maison de maître ‘ for 10 people, has 4 bathrooms, attractive garden and of course a private pool and in all the bedrooms airconditioning. The House located in the center of a colorful village is close to the shops, bakery, small supermarket. The French village life will take you and carries you away to a special holiday experience.

General:

The great, authentic, spacious house is within walking distance of the Centre of the village and is fully equipped. The garden has lots of atmosphere and offers absolute privacy. The beach is relatively close and from the House you can easily reach the mountain landscape of the ‘ Montagne Noir ‘ or a trip to the Pyrenees surely belongs to the possibilities. Of course, it is great to relax in and around this magnificent home.

Interior:

Incoming in the Hall is the kitchen, dinner corner on the left with the utility room. The living room with sliding doors to the covered terrace and the garden is on the right and straight ahead is the staircase to the upper floors with the bedrooms. Of course, there is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms (all double beds) all with a private bathroom. One bathroom has a bath, toilet, shower and sink, one bathroom has a sink and shower. On this floor there is also a toilet. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms (two with double bed the other with two single beds). One badroom has a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. On this floor there is also second bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Of course, there is plenty of closet space. Alle the bedrooms have airconditioning.

Outside the house:

From the living room it opens through French-doors from out on the lovely terrace and garden where also the private swimming pool (4 x 8) is. The grass field gives a very natural atmosphere to the whole and the nice decorated garden makes this place an ideal resting point in your vacation. Play a game of  ‘ jeu de boulles ‘ on the local course that can easily be reached on foot. After that a drink on the victory in the bar of the village and then, it is a small trip to the mansion to chill out to another successful day. Obviously there is a BBQ. You can park your car in the private parking behind the gate or on the large car park in front of the House.
