General:
The villa, surrounded by hills and vineyards, is fully equipped. The villa is comfortably furnished, has a charming garden and offers plenty of privacy. In the village of Moux are some small shops (bakery, post office, restaurant, bar.) 10 minutes away by car is a larger village (Lezignan-Corbieres) with supermarkets and other stores. There’s also a large, weekly, traditional market on Wednesday. In the vicinity are plenty of idyllic spots to discover (by walking or cycling) and the beach is 50 minutes away by car.
Interior:
This cozy furnished villa has a living room (25 m2) with heating and air conditioning and a kitchen with a dining table (15m2). The kitchen is equipped with all comforts. The living room is connected to the cozy covered patio where you can enjoy your delicious breakfast in the morning. In the house are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160×200), a private sink and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200). The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A storage room is equipped with a washing machine, a freezer and an extra refrigerator. Behind the house, in about 20 meters, will be located the studio. This is for two persons and has its own kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, has a shower room with toilet and sink and dubble bed (140×200). The studio is also be equipped with its own TV and air conditioning. A sliding door will opens onto the terrace, garden, swimming pool and summer kitchen.
Outside the house:
Following the living room of the house is a covert terrace with dining table and a magnificent view over the landscape of the ‘Corbières’. Behind the house, is the studio as well as the huge garden, the heated pool (4×8) with his large terrace and summer kitchen. On the large terrace, enjoying a cool glass of local rosé, you are viewing again the fantastic landscape. Ideal to spend the long summer evenings. Around the pool, there is more than enough space for sun loungers. The parking for your car is located at the front of the villa.
