Villa Belle Vue

This unique villa is located in a village next to the town of Béziers and has great views over the rolling countryside. Béziers, with its numerous restaurants, theatres, the 9 locks and different shops, has a great attraction to tourists. In addition, it’s about a 15 min drive from the villa to the beach. And of course, you can also relax by the large private swimming pool (5 x 10) of the villa.

General:

This villa has a tastefully decorated living room with large open kitchen and cooking island. The villa has several large terraces and a large balcony at the upper bedroom with great views. In the village there are some small shops (bakery, bank, restaurant, bar.) and in 5 minutes you are in the city of Béziers where you can find several large supermarkets and a lot of other shops. The beach is close by and there are plenty of entertainment options in the area to fill multiple vacations.

Interior:

The living room (50 m²) with fireplace and open plan kitchen (16 m²) are going out to the terraces and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two separate toilets on this floor. Three bedrooms are located on this floor where two bedroom sharing one bathroom. One bedroom has a private shower. One b bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). The fourth bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed (140 x 200) and a large balcony (25 m²) with a great view and. This bedroom also has its own TV.

Outside the house:

Following on from the kitchen is the terrace with the dining table. The main terrace directly connected with swimming pool (5 x 10). Around the pool there are enough places for the sun loungers and there are plenty of seats. In front of the villa is a terrace with a small jeu de boulles course. You can park your car (s) in the underground garage under the villa where you can also find the second fridge.

General:

This very comfortable and well located villa located on the edge of a village has lookout over the village, the landscape with vineyards, forests and the Lake unto the Montagne Noir. By foot you can get in the village you fresh bread every morning or take a pleasant drink in the local bar. The Lake (Lac de Jouarres) is 10 minutes away for water sports and the Mediterranean Sea is relatively nearby. The surrounding area is full of attractions to visit. After that it is fine in the evenings to relax in the Jacuzzi, enjoy the stunning views and the clear starry sky.
Interior:

The living room (40 m ²) and the open kitchen (12 m ²) opens unto the covered terrace and the large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped  (also senseo), of course, and next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine, dryer and extra fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, all bedrooms have two doublebeds (180 x 200). One of these bedrooms has a TV and French-doors to the large terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and has a private shower with washbasin. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. Two bedrooms have airconditioning. There is a guest toilet in the hallway.

Outside the house:

The covered terrace opens onto the kitchen and has a magnificent view over the village and the surrounding area. From the living room you end up on the big covered terrace where you go through a broad staircase on the terrace with the heated private swimming pool (4 x 9), sun beds, lounge set and the Jacuzzi. Here it is great to relax and enjoy the peace, space and, of course, the view. The whole is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants where the Palm has a prominent place. There is of course a BBQ and outside fireplace with louncheset at your disposal. You can park your car in front of the House, of course on site.

Villa Pin Parasol

Located in the picturesque village of Argeliers (11120), Le Pin Parasol is a charming, tastefully decorated villa with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. The beautifully landscaped garden with blooming oleanders and the spacious private pool make it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Village charm with everything close by

The villa is situated in a lively village with all basic amenities within walking distance. A large supermarket, butcher, grocery shop, clothing store, tobacconist and excellent wine cellar are all reachable within minutes by car.

“Less than 500 metres away you’ll find the Port d’Argeliers, on the banks of the picturesque Canal du Midi. Enjoy a walk, bike ride or a quick bite at the local snack bar (crêpes, fries, sandwiches). The village also has one or two cosy restaurants. The beaches are easily accessible by car, as are cultural highlights like Narbonne, Béziers and the famous castle of Carcassonne. Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking trails, authentic villages and scenic sights in the area”.
