The villa is situated in a lively village with all basic amenities within walking distance. A large supermarket, butcher, grocery shop, clothing store, tobacconist and excellent wine cellar are all reachable within minutes by car.

“Less than 500 metres away you’ll find the Port d’Argeliers, on the banks of the picturesque Canal du Midi. Enjoy a walk, bike ride or a quick bite at the local snack bar (crêpes, fries, sandwiches). The village also has one or two cosy restaurants. The beaches are easily accessible by car, as are cultural highlights like Narbonne, Béziers and the famous castle of Carcassonne.
