  • Before my stay
    • - I have made a reservation request, when and how will it be confirmed?

      Your reservation request will be confirmed to you by email within 48 hours. You will receive a completed information sheet to return to us. A rental contract will then be sent to you. Your request is then optional. It is upon payment of the deposit that your reservation becomes final.

    • - How do I pay for my stay?

      The stay is paid by bank transfer. On some of our partner sites, payment can be made directly through them. In all cases, a confirmation by email will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.

    • - Are there any additional charges that are not included in the rental contract?

      The rental contract clearly sets out all the costs such as: the amount of the rental rent, the security deposit, reservation fees, cleaning fees, and the cost of any additional services that you may have ordered. In a small number of villas, tenants must pay for these services on site. Everything is explained to you in the rental contract. No surprises.

      All our prices are in Euros and include VAT.

    • - Can I add other travelers after confirming the reservation?

      Yes, it is possible to add other vacationers after confirming the reservation within the limit of the villa’s capacity.

    • - Do I need to take out cancellation insurance?

      For any trip it is always advisable to take out cancellation insurance. Please contact your insurance company for more information on this subject.

    • - What is the required length of stay?

      Changes to villas take place on Saturday or Sunday (depending on the villa). In low season and high season, the required length of stay is a minimum of 1 week. In very low season (winter), the minimum duration is 2 weeks.

    • - Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?

      If canceled up to 12 weeks before arrival, only the booking fee will be charged. The amount of the deposit (25% of the rent amount) will be refunded to you.


      In the event of cancellation between 12 and 9 weeks preceding the rental period, the reservation fees and the deposit (25% of the total rental amount) will be due.


      In the event of cancellation 9 weeks or less from the rental period, the reservation fees as well as 100% of the total rental amount are due.

    • - Are there any promotions or discounts?

      Our customers are at the center of our attention and any relationship we enter into is long-term. For this reason, from your 2nd stay in one of our holiday villas, we offer tenants a systematic reduction of 5% on the rent price and the reservation fees are free! And this on all villas!

    • - Are my reservation and payment secure?

      Our agency has a professional real estate card and is registered in the Narbonne Trade and Companies Register under number Siret 84788794000017.

      We have taken out a compulsory financial guarantee and compulsory professional civil liability for property management and for the activity of transactions on buildings and business through Galian Assurances 89 rue de la Boétie – 75008 PARIS.

  • During my stay
    • - When and what information will I receive before I leave on vacation?

      You will receive your travel documents 2 weeks before your departure on vacation. There you will find the latest information regarding the villa as well as the itinerary.

    • - Do I have to pay a security deposit? If yes, how much?

      A security deposit of 500 euros is required for each stay. This amount will be claimed 2 weeks before your stay.

    • - Where can I collect the keys to my villa?

      In most villas you can collect your keys from a key box located in the villa. For others, it is the owners who will give you the keys when you arrive. All this information will be given to you 2 weeks before your stay.

    • - What are the arrival and departure times?

      The villas are available from 5 p.m. The villas may be ready before 5 p.m., in which case you will receive a text message from us. Departures are at 9:30 a.m. In high season (July and August), the tenant must leave the villa before 8.30 a.m.

    • - Who do I contact if I need on-site assistance?

      Once on site, communication with our team can be done by telephone or through WHATS APP in order to guarantee rapid exchanges in the event of questions or requests. Our premises and offices are located a maximum of 30 minutes from the villas and we are available 24/7 if necessary.

    • - Can I organize parties in the villa?

      All our villas are private and most owners do not allow parties out of respect for the neighborhood or because the house is not suitable. If you would like to organize a special event in one of our villas, please contact us so that we can contact the owner regarding this matter.

    • - How do I find out what activities to do in the area around the villa?

      To enable you to have a successful holiday, a “Tenant Book” is located in each villa in which you will not only find all the information concerning the villa but also the best excursions, restaurants and outings to do in the region.

    • - Is the swimming pool open all year round?

      Most swimming pools are open from April until the end of October. Some villas have a heated swimming pool which will allow you to swim in pleasant seasonal water. You can contact one of our advisors to inquire about the swimming pool and a particular villa.

  • After my stay
    • - How do I get my security deposit back?

      The tenant receives a “rental report” in the week following their return from vacation. This statement indicates the amount of the final invoice including consumption costs, possible damage, last minute rental items, etc. The tenant must verify this final statement and approve it. Les Résidences du Soleil will then ask you to confirm the bank account to which the deposit must be reimbursed and will execute the transfer within 2 weeks after your departure from the villa.


    • - What should I do if I forgot a personal item when I left?

      When you have forgotten a personal item, you can notify us by email or through Whatt app. We can return the item in question to you. Postal costs will be at your expense.

    • - I had a great vacation and would like to book a stay for next year
