 “What we love here is the feeling of freedom and open space, surrounded by nature, far from any hustle and bustle. Nearby, you can explore scenic hiking and cycling trails through vineyards and pine forests. Wine lovers will enjoy tastings at local wineries. Picturesque villages like Minerve, Bize-Minervois, and Olargues are well worth a visit, as are the Cesse and Orb rivers—perfect for swimming or riverside picnics.
