Welcome to Villa Lirado, a charming villa ideal for 6 people, located in the heart of the lively village of Ginestas (11120). Just a stone’s throw from local shops, this tastefully decorated villa with garden, heated pool, and several terraces offers a pleasant and intimate setting to fully enjoy the South of France. Perfect for those who love village life but still want to keep their peace and quiet.

The living room (40 m²) and open kitchen (12 m²) on the upper floor are air-conditioned, with direct access to a pleasant terrace and the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, a toilet on the upper floor, and a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor.

One bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200) and a private bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin)

Welcome to Villa La Vigie, a charming, detached villa located in Caunes-Minervois (11160), on the edge of a picturesque village known for its historic Abbey and vibrant cultural life. Perfectly suited for 6 guests, this light-filled, south-facing house offers a heated private pool, several terraces with stunning panoramic views, and an interior thoughtfully designed for comfort, with two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms.
