General:
The living room (40 m ²) and the open kitchen (12 m ²) opens unto the covered terrace and the large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (also senseo), of course, and next to the kitchen is the storage room with washing machine, dryer and extra fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, all bedrooms have two doublebeds (180 x 200). One of these bedrooms has a TV and French-doors to the large terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and has a private shower with washbasin. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. Two bedrooms have airconditioning. There is a guest toilet in the hallway.
Outside the house:
The covered terrace opens onto the kitchen and has a magnificent view over the village and the surrounding area. From the living room you end up on the big covered terrace where you go through a broad staircase on the terrace with the heated private swimming pool (4 x 9), sun beds, lounge set and the Jacuzzi. Here it is great to relax and enjoy the peace, space and, of course, the view. The whole is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants where the Palm has a prominent place. There is of course a BBQ and outside fireplace with louncheset at your disposal. You can park your car in front of the House, of course on site.
