General:

This beautiful villa with a second floor located in a small French village has a pleasant garden, large terraces and a ‘jeu de boules’ court. The hilly French countryside completes the picture. The beach is an hour drive and once back home you can enjoy the swimming pool or Spa. There is an opportunity for the car to park in front of the villa.

 Interior:

This villa has a living room (40m ²) with fireplace. The kitchen (16m ²) is fully equipped. In the storage are a washer and a dryer. There are four bedrooms; one has a private shower and toilet. Three bedrooms have double beds (180×200) and one bedroom has two bunk beds. The bathroom on the first floor has a double sink and shower. There is a toilet on the first floor and one the ground floor. The whole house has central heating and is ideally for the winter period.

Outside:

On the south side of the house is a large terrace that backs onto the kitchen and living room, is partially covered and has a ding table. Obviously there is a large terrace around the swimming pool (5x11m, heated) and Jacuzzi (5 people) with enough sun beds and chairs. There is a barbecue at your disposal.
