This beautiful villa with its beautiful garden, its orchard, its beautiful swimming pool and its large summer kitchen will allow you to enjoy beautiful successful holidays for a large part of the year. It is located in a quiet area in a charming typical French village in the south of France. The amenities of the village are within walking distance in 5 minutes: restaurant, bar, supermarket, hairdresser, beautician. The region has many very interesting sites (city of Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, Minerve Cité Cathare, beach…).

Interior:

The living room (114m²) overlooks the beautiful garden with the swimming pool and the summer kitchen. The kitchen, which is located next to the living room, is fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. These two bedrooms have a bed of 140X190 with bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds of 90X190. The last bedroom has a 90X190 bed with a drawer for a second 90X190 mattress. This room is situated under a slope and is ideal for 2 young children. There is also a shower room on the first floor with lababo, walk-in shower and toilet. A separate toilet is located in the hall on the ground floor.

The large fully enclosed garden (2000m2) offers all the privacy and space you can dream of for a great holiday. There is a sheltered entertainment room for all the family with foosball, board games and ping pong table. The summer kitchen allows you to enjoy long summer evenings or before or after the season.
